Bring advanced packaging artwork and prepress expertise to DECIEM's hybrid Senior Packaging Production Artist role, based three days onsite in Toronto. Support global products and markets.

This senior role owns packaging production artwork across New and Existing Product Development. You will translate approved creative using Adobe Creative Suite, manage multilingual and regional assets, and collaborate with Regulatory, Sourcing, designers, and vendors. The work supports DECIEM brands including The Ordinary, NIOD, and AVESTAN.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop accurate, production-ready artwork across global products and SKUs
- Adapt designs using dielines, specifications, copy, and vendor requirements
- Resolve technical issues through thorough artwork quality checks
- Manage artwork workflows, files, approvals,



and concurrent projects
- Develop scalable best practices improving accuracy, speed, and consistency

Requirements:
- 5–7+ years in production art, packaging, prepress, or related work
- Consumer packaging experience across recent and existing product development
- Experience managing multilingual, regional artwork and localized rollouts
- Advanced Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop proficiency
- Knowledge of print production, prepress, color, dielines, and substrates
