You will assess concerns, determine corrective actions, and involve outside trades or suppliers when required. Key Responsibilities:

- Address and resolve homeowner concerns efficiently
- Liaise with homeowners, trades, and suppliers
- Coordinate with Field service supervisors on requests
- Issue purchase orders and communicate back-charges

Requirements:

- Three years of residential construction experience minimum
- Diploma or degree in a relevant field is an asset
