This position manages relationships with large commercial, industrial, municipal, and residential customers. You will assess natural gas opportunities, estimate customer load and CIACs, and develop sales proposals. The position also coordinates service requests, reviews extension agreements, and directs customer issues toward resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess natural gas opportunities with customers and develop business cases
- Estimate customer load and CIACs accurately
- Review calculations and approve extension agreements
- Represent customer needs with internal departments
- Provide timely information during emergencies and outages

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- 10 or more years of skilled experience
- Three or more related account management years preferred
- Conflict resolution and active listening abilities
- Advanced understanding of customer programs and offerings
