Your role

- Develop and integrate artificial intelligence and generative AI capabilities into Wealth Management and Capital Markets digital platforms.
- Design services, APIs, and microservices using Java and Spring Boot, as well as user experiences using React and TypeScript.
- Integrate digital applications with artificial intelligence services, large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures, and intelligent agents.
- Develop and operationalize solutions leveraging AWS and its generative AI capabilities, in collaboration with the Solution Designer and specialized teams.
- Automate testing and continuous integration and deployment processes using GitHub and GitHub Actions, while contributing to solution security, observability, and performance.
- Share your expertise through code reviews and proofs of concept, and contribute to continuously improving code quality and the team’s engineering practices.

Your team

Within Wealth Management and Capital Markets, you’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for strategic digital platforms and will report to the Senior Manager, Asset Management.



You’ll work closely with Solution Designers, developers, architects, artificial intelligence specialists, cybersecurity specialists, and business partners.

Your role will focus particularly on the technical implementation and integration of new artificial intelligence capabilities, from experimentation through operationalization and production deployment.

Prerequisites

- Hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, along with several years of relevant software development experience.
- Have solid development experience with Java, Spring Boot, React, and TypeScript, as well as experience designing and integrating APIs, microservices, and distributed architectures.
- Have experience with AWS and a strong understanding of generative AI, LLMs, RAG architectures,



and intelligent agents; knowledge of AWS Bedrock and AWS Bedrock AgentCore is an asset.
- Be proficient with GitHub, GitHub Actions, and continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) and DevSecOps practices.
- Have experience with automated testing and best practices related to code quality, security, and maintainability.
- Demonstrate autonomy, thoroughness, and a cooperative mindset, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges in a rapidly evolving technology environment.
