Manage ski racing equipment and apparel programs for Alpine Canada Alpine from Calgary, supporting Alpine, Para-Alpine, and Ski Cross teams. The contract lasts 14 months.

This manager leads product ordering, race suit distribution, inventory systems, and equipment logistics for Canada’s high-performance ski teams. You will coordinate with athletes, coaches, suppliers, sponsors, event organizers, and internal staff. The position also supports merchandise sales and product innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support uniform and equipment needs throughout the competitive season
- Track ACA inventory and equipment across storage and offsite locations
- Implement systems for inventory and equipment management
- Manage headgear, shoulder patch, and race suit programs




- Coordinate merchandise sales at major events and online

Requirements:

- Five to seven-plus years of progressive relevant experience
- Solid understanding of Canada’s sport landscape and high-performance operations
- Highly organized approach with disciplined prioritization and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional domestic travel
