This full-time Heavy Duty Mechanic assignment supports gas compressors and engines in gas plants and adjacent field facilities. Responsibilities include component assessment, package operation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repairs. Your work also includes service recommendations, documentation, parts ordering, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Apply package, controls, instrumentation, and component life-cycle knowledge
- Complete commissioning, maintenance, repairs, and overhauls
- Troubleshoot engine compressor issues and recommend corrective actions
- Prioritize repairs by downtime, customer importance,



and potential losses
- Order necessary parts and maintain service documentation

Requirements:

- Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic or Millwright certification
- Five-plus years servicing Waukesha, Caterpillar, and natural gas compression
- Experience with new package commissioning is an asset
- Ability to prioritize with strong communication and organizational skills
- Availability for 25–50% overnight travel and work from home
