The Care Company is hiring a Nurse Supervisor for overnight clinical leadership in community settings. You will oversee pediatric and geriatric care while supporting individualized plans, staff competencies, and safe home-based service. Teaching, coaching, and mentorship are significant parts of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide real-time clinical support to overnight field staff
- Develop and review individualized client care plans
- Orient caregivers to client routines and care requirements
- Train staff through homes and the in-house skills lab




- Audit charts and complete quality assurance reviews

Requirements:

- Minimum four years of nursing experience required
- Minimum two years of complex pediatric care required
- CNO registration and Registered Nurse certificate in good standing
- Valid CPR, First Aid, and driver’s license
- Solid English communication, organization, and Microsoft Office skills
