As a Senior Specialist, you will independently manage end-to-end procurement activities for Engineering Track Maintenance Services. You will support protected, reliable rail operations through category strategies, complex RFx events, contract negotiations, and supplier relationship management. The work partners with Engineering, Mechanical, Operations, Finance, and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute category procurement strategies aligned with objectives

Lead RFx events through supplier selection and award

Analyze spend, markets, and total cost models





Negotiate supplier contracts across commercial and operational terms

Manage supplier performance, reviews, and improvement plans

Requirements

Minimum four years of progressive procurement or supply chain experience

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance, or related field

Advanced procurement analytics and spend management proficiency

Experience with SAP, Ariba, and Fieldglass platforms

Up to ten percent North American travel
