Our client is seeking a

Senior Procurement Officer to lead RFx solicitations and IM/IT contracts using IM/IT procurement

Drive end-to-end RFx procurement across multiple IM/IT projects with funding confirmed through Mar 31, 2027 and potential for extension. The role spans solicitation development, evaluations, contract awards, administration, billing/invoicing, and reporting to support high-priority initiatives. Engagement begins as soon as possible, aligned to Eastern Time with remote or hybrid flexibility across Canada.

English is essential, and availability through the January-March peak procurement window is expected.

Must Haves

10+ years in contracting and procurement for

IM/IT, including 5+ years in Canadian Federal Government Departments, agencies or Crown corporations

RFx development, evaluations, awards, administration, billing/invoicing, and reporting

IT contract management, contract interpretation and negotiations, and transaction agreement administration

English essential;

eligibility for

Reliability security clearance

College diploma or certificate in Business Administration or a related field

Nice to Have

Bilingual (French/English)

Responsibilities

Manage and lead the bid solicitation process including drafting, editing and issuing RFQs, RFPs, RFIs and SOWs

Manage SOWs, RFPs, contracts and subcontracts

Manage the evaluation process and facilitate bidder debriefings

Plan, manage and maintain the contracting process for IM/IT

Plan, manage and maintain a procurement tool

Negotiate current IM/IT contracts including timelines and deliverables





Manage existing contract renewals and amendments to ensure accuracy
