Shape Fellow’s cooperative agentic assistant through product design, research, and polished prototypes while working remotely within Canada on Eastern time.As a Senior Product Designer, you will identify problems, propose solutions, and guide work from ideation through launch. You will design across web, desktop, mobile, and Chrome Extension, contributing to an intuitive experience spanning devices, platforms, permissions, and integrations.Key Responsibilities:

Perform research to discover and propose new initiativesDesign polished mockups and functioning prototypesAdapt experiences across web, desktop, mobile, and Chrome ExtensionContribute tokens, components, and patterns to the design libraryOwn roadmaps, milestones, timelines, and team issuesRequirements:

Seven or more years designing software across many surfacesMastery of visual design, composition, and information hierarchyFamiliarity with code and production prototype creationAbility to lead without authority and own team successEffective written and verbal communication skillsBring broad product ownership, visual design mastery, and research skills to Fellow’s remote-first design team in Canada.
