Senior Product Designer to build and scale design systems using FigmaJoin a high-visibility initiative modernizing a wealth trading platform with a large-scale refresh. This role drives design system development in Figma across responsive web and native iOS/Android experiences with strict accessibility standards. Work with a 10-person team on an important banking project with solid developer collaboration.

Interaction design and UI design expertiseResponsive Web design and mobile application design (Android and iOS )Banking and investingA degree in design or a design-related discipline or equivalent experienceNice to Have

General understanding of Agile methodologies or experience working in an agile processHigh-fidelity prototypes, user flow diagrams, and storyboardsGeneral understanding of HTML/CSS (able to produce web-ready assets and designs)Responsibilities

Design and create reusable components in Figma that can be used across the platformCollaborate with developers to ensure designs are technically feasible and align with platform needs and standardsPerform Design QA on final product implementations to ensure adherence to design specificationsWrite and maintain clear, concise documentation to guide designers in using design system componentsPublish and update design libraries in Figma to ensure components are accessible to all team membersEnsure all new components meet WCAG standards for accessibilityAdhere to accessibility and compliance at the device level (e.G.,
