The Planner supports Puratos Canada Inc. by coordinating materials, finished products, and production supplies. This position requires organized execution, logical problem solving, and negotiation capability. You will maintain contracts, vendor records, supplier approvals, pricing, and master data while supporting the Purchasing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Place purchase orders for materials, products, and supplies
- Arrange transportation, storage, and customs broker coordination
- Follow up daily on outstanding supplier orders
- Maintain vendor, contract, pricing, and supplier databases
- Support negotiations, RFQs, audits, and alternate sourcing

Requirements:

- Business Administration or related post-secondary education
- One to two years of relevant experience
- Logistics or supply chain experience preferred
- Ability to organize and execute tasks independently
- Analytical approach to change and conflict resolution
