This senior analyst position contributes to transforming how HR data becomes accessible and actionable. You will design reports, dashboards, analyses, and analytical solutions while developing secure, scalable automation. The team includes data engineers, data scientists, analysts, and analytics partners, supporting Employee Experience and Performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate business value through thoughtful technology and AI use
- Develop analytical solutions meeting partner requirements
- Build and deploy automated processes for employees’ work




- Help stakeholders interpret data and identify suitable solutions
- Improve data-sharing and self-service practices across the team

Requirements:

- Three to five years in analytics, business intelligence, and reporting
- Relevant education or training
- Experience designing high-impact automated solutions
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Reporting Center preferred
- Ability to manage recurring activities and transformation initiatives
