Support secure aircraft movement and airfield continuity at YVR through airside coordination, emergency response, and operational risk management.

As Airside Coordinator, you will work in a safety-critical, time-sensitive airport environment through July 2027. Reporting to the Manager, Airside Operations Delivery, you will coordinate airfield activities, construction, maintenance, and operational changes. The position also supports regulatory compliance, airport certification, and effective communication among airlines, contractors, regulators, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate airside operations and construction activities safely
- Maintain procedures, safety programs, and operational plans
- Manage operational changes with airport stakeholders




- Identify risks and implement solutions minimizing operational impacts
- Support irregular operations and emergency response efforts

Requirements:

- Recent related experience in an airport airside environment
- Airside Operations, Operations Management, or related credential
- Experience coordinating teams, contractors, and service providers
- Ability to facilitate meetings, presentations, and conflict resolution
- TP312 knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, and BC Class 5 licence
