Drive project-controls strategy for Stantec’s Canada West infrastructure portfolio using enterprise thinking, governance, and change leadership. As a senior manager, you will influence regional delivery, business, growth, finance, and operations leaders. Coordinate regional priorities, capacity, and team deployment
Identify leadership actions from portfolio reporting and performance trends
Participate in financial-management forums and escalate systemic issues
Partner with Finance and Operations on project performance
Promote collaboration and transfer effective project-controls practices
Minimum ten years’ experience in project controls or related fields
Demonstrated leadership across broad portfolios and senior stakeholders
Advanced knowledge of forecasting, DSO, risk, and gross margin
Apply executive communication, portfolio judgment, and capability development to lead Stantec’s regional project-controls strategy. #
