Help Build the Next Chapter of a $1B+ North American Food Manufacturing Business

Give & Go Foods, part of Mondelēz International, is entering an exciting recent phase of growth and capital investment - and is expanding their Engineering team to support it. Since being acquired by Mondelēz in 2019, Give & Go has grown from approximately $600M to more than $1B in annual revenue, with aggressive plans to reach $1.3B by 2030.

With more than $300M invested in capital projects since the acquisition and another $100M planned for 2027, this is an opportunity to contribute to major manufacturing expansion, automation and infrastructure initiatives. Give & Go is recruiting four Senior Project Engineers to join a collaborative team of more than 25 engineering professionals supporting 12 manufacturing and distribution facilities across the GTA.

The Opportunity

You'll play a key role in delivering capital projects that increase production capacity, improve efficiency and advance manufacturing capabilities.

Projects will include

- New production line installation and commissioning
- Manufacturing equipment upgrades and automation
- Major capital expansion and modernization initiatives
- Coordination of engineering consultants, equipment suppliers and contractors
- Project planning, budgets, schedules and execution
- Cross-functional collaboration with Operations,



Maintenance, Quality and other teams

What We're Looking For

- Engineering degree, ideally Mechanical, Electrical or a related discipline
- Approximately 6+ years of relevant engineering and capital project experience
- Strong project execution experience in food and beverage, pharmaceutical, personal care or related high-volume manufacturing environments
- Experience with equipment installation, commissioning and production line upgrades
- Strong communication, organizational and stakeholder-management skills
- P.Eng designation preferred, subject to role requirements
