Advise on project finance and structured lending transactionsGuide transactions from origination through portfolio managementDraft and negotiate commercial financing documentsManage due diligence and identify legal risksDevelop precedents, processes, templates, and guidance materialsRequirements: Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor degreeMinimum seven years’ complex financing transaction experienceExperience drafting and negotiating commercial financing documentsEligibility and positive standing to practise law in CanadaStrong judgment, communication, negotiation, and collaboration skillsApply project finance, secured lending, and transaction execution expertise while supporting FCC’s growing Canadian financing business line.
