IT Project Management experienceAt least two recent end-to-end projects implementing a modern, cloud-based platform and associated business process improvements to support enterprise operationsExperience within the public sector, post-secondary, research, or education industryExperience managing project scopes that include the redesign and optimization or business processes, change management, and implementation supportDemonstrated ability to operate effectively within a program environment with evolving priorities, emerging initiatives, and incomplete informationScope of project & Key Responsibilities:Implement a modern, cloud-based platform and associated business process improvements to support a full range of business operationsResource management (acquisitions, cataloguing, metadata, electronic resource management, and collections), circulation and fulfillment services, discovery and access of legacy data, analytics and reporting, and integrations with internal and third-party systems.Redesign and optimization of business processes, training, change management, and implementation support to ensure successful adoption of the new Cloud Services PlatformProject planning, scheduling, and status reportingGovernance coordination activities, including facilitation of governance meetings, decision tracking, escalation, and follow-upDevelopment and maintenance of project artifacts (e.G. project plans, status reports, risk, issue and decision logs)Coordination with the vendor project manager and internal cross-functional teams to support the project across design, build, testing, training, integration,
