continuous improvement Experience supporting HR, Finance, or Supply Chain software and business units Ability to operate within Hybrid,

Agile , and

stage-gated

frameworks PMP

or equivalent certification Nice to Have

Experience supporting HR, Finance, or Supply Chain software and business units Experience delivering projects requiring strong stakeholder management and large organizational change Highly organized and detail oriented. Strong ability to manage change and competing priorities Effective in high-pressure environments.



Robust analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field Responsibilities
