This full-time Building Automation Supervisor manages the BAS Technician team for Projects. You will develop colleagues, coordinate technician assignments, and support project execution within budget and schedule. The position requires technical knowledge, programming, troubleshooting, financial control, and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate technician assignments and schedules with Project Managers
- Align technicians with project tasks according to skills
- Support pre-bid, turnover, and service transition meetings
- Monitor service work costs, invoicing, billing, revenue, and margins




- Provide technician training, support, and performance development

Requirements:

- Five years of relevant Building Automation Systems field experience
- Two years of supervisory or technical lead experience
- Solid building automation technical and programming knowledge
- Ability to read blueprints, troubleshoot, and analyze problems
- Valid and clean driver’s license required
