As a Licensed Practical Nurse – Home Care, you will work under the Home Care Nursing Supervisor within a multidisciplinary team. The position administers assigned activities from the Home Care Case Coordinator while supporting integrated, holistic health services. Key Responsibilities:

- Administer functions and activities assigned by the Home Care Case Coordinator
- Work as a member of the multidisciplinary home care team

Requirements:

- Licensed Practical Nurse with applicable additional education or preparation
- Current Manitoba registration and good standing with the College
- IV Therapy, Basic Life Support, and Wound Care Levels 1 and 2
- Minimum one year nursing experience, preferably in Home Care
- Valid Manitoba licence, reliable vehicle, and regional travel availability
