As a Finance Projects and Process Specialist, you will support initiatives through envisioning, planning, execution, reporting, and implementation. You will serve Finance leaders through systems projects, change management, research, analysis, and continuous improvement. The permanent, full-time position provides 70 hours bi-weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead integration of new finance systems and modules
- Define requirements and perform user acceptance testing
- Execute finance projects through full-cycle project practices
- Redesign workflows to address inefficiencies and implementation barriers
- Develop data-driven recommendations,



including automation opportunities

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field
- Minimum two years’ project execution or process improvement experience
- Experience designing, testing, and implementing finance systems
- Experience applying project management principles to financial projects
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and written communication skills
