We're Hiring | Senior / Principal ServiceNow Platform Architects – IRM/GRC & SecOps

Location: USA / Canada (ET, CT & PT time zones)

Work Mode: Remote with up to 50% travel

We are looking for experienced ServiceNow Platform Architects with deep expertise in Integrated Risk Management (IRM/eGRC) and Security Operations (SecOps) to lead enterprise architecture strategy, platform governance, and digital transformation initiatives.

Essential Experience

10+ years of ServiceNow ecosystem or equivalent experience, including 3+ years as a Technical Architect or Senior Technical Consultant.

Proven hands-on design and configuration experience with 2–3 implementations involving IRM/GRC and SecOps , including Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR).

Strong ServiceNow platform architecture expertise across ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, HRSD, integrations, platform security, governance, and upgradeability.

Experience leading architecture workshops, solution design reviews, technical governance, strategic roadmaps, and enterprise platform optimization.

Ability to advise senior stakeholders and executives on architectural decisions, platform best practices, scalability, and business outcomes.

Understanding of Now Assist, AI Agents, agentic workflows,



and AI governance.

Required ServiceNow Certifications

- Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- CIS – Workflow (minimum one; two expected across primary and secondary domains)
- CIS – Data Foundations
- ArchX – Advanced Architecture
- Now Assist Essentials Certification
- Now Assist Executive Micro-Certification
- Agentic AI Executive Micro-Certification

Highly Preferred

- Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – certified or actively pursuing
- Certified Master Architect (CMA) – particularly for Principal/Senior Principal levels
- CIS – Risk & Compliance (IRM/GRC)
- CIS – Security Incident Response (SIR)
- CIS – Vulnerability Response (VR)
- Financial services, banking, or insurance industry experience

The national base pay range below is a positive-faith estimate of what our client may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Client's assessment of the candidates knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity $200000 - $250000
