Interior Health is seeking an experienced Primary Care Clinical Pharmacist to join the Kamloops Northshore Urgent & Primary Care Center Pharmacy Team in Kamloops, BC. You will provide clinical pharmacy services, develop patient-focused therapeutic plans, and collaborate with an inter-professional team to optimize medication management.

This is a Relief Full Time (1.00) prospect, working Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00, with coverage until the return of the incumbent.
