Lead Vessi’s operations, distribution, and IT infrastructure across Canada and the US, combining logistics strategy with hands-on performance management.

As Director, Operations & Distribution, you will own fulfillment, systems, logistics economics, and external relationships. Your scope includes 3PL and warehouse networks, freight, cross-border operations, inventory flow, returns, data integrity, and operational improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own distribution and fulfillment strategy across ecommerce, retail, and wholesale
- Lead freight, parcel, transportation, and cross-border logistics strategy
- Manage inventory movement, returns, and fulfillment cost performance
- Oversee systems, integrations, data integrity, uptime, and incidents
- Lead peak planning, dashboards,



root-cause analysis, and corrective actions

Requirements:

- Senior leadership ownership of operations and distribution performance
- Experience managing 3PLs, warehouses, carriers, and logistics vendors
- Ability to negotiate rates, contracts, and commercial terms
- Knowledge of NetSuite, Shopify, EDI, WMS, POS, and carriers
- Ability to lead IT, Logistics & Fulfillment teams
