Platform Properties Ltd. is seeking a CPA-designated Controller to join our real estate team. This 12-18 month contract will commence in January 2027 and will be in-office in Richmond, BC. Ideal for an experienced accounting professional seeking broad day-to-day responsibility and hands-on exposure to real estate development, income-producing properties, acquisitions, financial reporting and compliance. Reporting to the VP Finance, the Controller will work closely with senior leadership in an open, cooperative environment that welcomes questions and supports professional development.
