As a Data Modeller on Clio’s Business Operations Team, you will transform complex source data into trusted, reusable models. You will work with databases, cloud data warehouses, dimensional modelling, and data quality practices. The position supports self-service analytics, operational reporting, product insights, and emerging AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and maintain reusable production data models
- Translate business questions into trusted datasets
- Develop automated tests and data monitoring
- Contribute to modelling standards, documentation, and governance
- Use AI tools to improve modelling productivity

Requirements:

- Two to four years in analytics engineering or data modelling
- Deep SQL and database or warehouse experience
- Knowledge of dimensional modelling and data warehousing
- Experience with dbt or similar transformation frameworks
- Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
