Apply Lean Six Sigma Black Belt expertise as a Business Process Analyst improving workflows across an organization-wide initiative. Work with process owners, employees, and senior stakeholders.

Aeolus Staffing Solutions is recruiting an experienced Lean practitioner for a six-month contract, with possible extension. You will assess workflows, facilitate Kaizen activities, and implement measurable improvements. The work requires process mapping, data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and transparent communication across business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess workflows through interviews, reviews, and data analysis
- Identify bottlenecks, duplication, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities
- Create current-state and future-state process maps




- Facilitate Kaizen workshops and implementation planning
- Track results and evaluate implemented changes

Requirements:

- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- At least 10 years implementing Lean in complex organizations
- Experience coaching Lean and process improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical, documentation, mapping, and communication skills
- Ability to build consensus across competing priorities
