Lead pharmacy production operations at MediSystem Pharmacy, using pharmacist expertise and people leadership in a full-time Long Term Care facility. Manage day-shift performance toward quality and productivity goals.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Team Lead Pharmacist supervises MediSystem’s pharmacist, data, and RPHT department. This full-time role requires a Bachelor of Pharmacy, Ontario licensure, and manufacturing supervision experience. You will coordinate staffing, production schedules, safety, customer issues, and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage department day-shift operations and production schedules
- Lead staff engagement, hiring, performance, and progressive discipline
- Investigate regulatory and safety problems and document corrections




- Troubleshoot issues to minimize assembly-line disruption
- Perform pharmacist duties and coordinate administrative responsibilities

Requirements:

- Three-plus years supervising high-volume manufacturing environments
- Bachelor of Pharmacy and Ontario College licensure
- Experience building effective teams and workplace culture
- Excellent communication, coaching, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Versatile availability for evenings and weekends
