As an Innovation Leader, you will guide initiatives from ideation through implementation with Financial Advisory Services leaders. You will facilitate collaboration across change enablement, technology development, data engineering, and AI/ML teams. The work focuses on evaluating, prioritizing, designing, and executing products and services that enhance MNP’s client delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead innovation initiatives from ideation through implementation
- Operate and improve the governed innovation pipeline
- Identify transformation opportunities using AI, automation, and analytics
- Assess business cases, risks, readiness,
and value logic
- Act as functional product owner for emerging capabilities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field
- At least seven years of progressive relevant experience
- Familiarity with design thinking, lean startup, and agile methodologies
- Experience prototyping, piloting, and scaling current solutions
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed environments
