As a Material Project Coordinator, you support fabrication, dismantling, inspection, packaging, and shipment of modular equipment and skids. You serve as the project engineering interface across Project Management, Engineering, Shipping, Logistics, Fabrication, Paint, Quality Control, Administration, and stakeholders. The work requires problem-solving, communication, organization, and limited supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform physical walkdowns using P&IDs;, isometrics, and arrangement drawings
- Track ship-loose materials through staging, preservation, packaging, and shipment
- Coordinate activities across departments and third-party service providers
- Inspect equipment for damage,



defects, missing components, and packaging deficiencies
- Maintain trackers, inspection records, packing lists, and shipping reports

Requirements:

- Interpret P&IDs;, piping isometrics, CAD, and equipment documentation
- Use Navisworks and Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel
- Maintain accurate spreadsheets, trackers, and live project documents
- Communicate clearly while managing multiple priorities with limited supervision
- Work outdoors, access modules safely, lift up to 20 pounds, and wear PPE
