This clinical position serves HCCSO Nursing Services within WRHA Community Health Services. The successful candidate brings community or long-term care experience, enterostomal therapy nursing practice, and robust clinical judgment. The work includes independent practice, multidisciplinary collaboration, and supporting staff and students. The 0.40 FTE term runs from December 7, 2026, to June 2, 2027, with 7.75 daily hours.

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Nursing degree required
- Canadian Association Enterostomy Therapy certification required
