Reporting to the Regional Director, the Branch Manager directs Operations Managers and manages provincial accounts. The role combines client relationships, revenue growth, employee retention, customer service, technical pesticide knowledge, and operational programs. Administrative duties and field work are both required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct day-to-day activities of Operations Managers
- Manage and grow provincial customer accounts
- Build relationships with key clients
- Address customer inquiries, requests, and escalations
- Maintain inventory, ordering, audits, and warehouse counts

Requirements:

- Five years managing managers required
- Five years industry experience or equivalent education asset
- Solid business acumen and project leadership ability
- Excellent organization, communication, coaching, and feedback skills
- Valid driver’s license and pest control license or willingness to obtain
