As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will own Director-level through C-suite hiring across Go-to-Market, Corporate Functions, Product, and Technology. This full-cycle role partners directly with senior leaders and Kaseya’s executive team. You will run searches from intake through signed offer while strengthening consistent executive search processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead concurrent executive searches across business functions
- Define success profiles, competencies, compensation, and talent pools
- Build market maps and engage passive senior candidates




- Assess leadership capability and present calibrated shortlists
- Manage interviews, offers, references, and closing

Requirements:

- 8+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience
- 4+ years focused on executive or Director-level searches
- Robust direct sourcing and passive-candidate engagement skills
- Executive compensation negotiation and closing experience
- Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter experience preferred
