Canadian Tire Financial Services is seeking a Shift Manager to lead day-shift outbound operations at our Brampton distribution centre, featuring advanced goods-to-person tech and automated material movement.

You will coach and develop a team of 4 supervisors and 40–50 frontline employees, foster a culture of accountability, and support staff through solid people leadership. Prior DC operations or leadership experience is preferred, with an emphasis on safety and continuous improvement.
