As Director of Operations, you report to the VP – Systems & Solutions at Laurentide Controls. You lead service and engineering activities, installed systems lifecycle services, and the Project Management Office. Your work supports project quality, budgets, deadlines, customer satisfaction, and operational performance. You also guide growth and continuous improvement across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead service and engineering activities for automation systems
- Oversee lifecycle services, engineering teams, and PMO operations
- Ensure delivery, quality, budgets, deadlines, and customer satisfaction




- Forecast workforce needs and support hiring decisions
- Develop strategies supporting growth and business development

Requirements:

- Experience delivering automation projects and lifecycle service contracts
- Ability to develop and communicate transparent objective-aligned plans
- Strong French written and verbal communication skills
- English communication skills considered an asset
- Emerson platform knowledge considered an asset
