As Senior Manager, Strategic Initiatives, you will support Product, National Underwriting, Partnerships, Direct, and Specialty businesses. The role focuses on multi-year strategies, market intelligence, governance, and cross-functional execution. You will help advance growth, profitability, operational excellence, and customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute multi-year business strategies and roadmaps
- Monitor strategic priorities, accountability, and key commitments
- Establish governance processes and report insights to leadership
- Identify risks, dependencies, and barriers to execution




- Lead cross-functional initiatives supporting transformation and performance

Requirements:

- Five or more years in strategy, planning, consulting, or related fields
- Success leading complex cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders
- Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management abilities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; P&C; insurance preferred
