As an independent contractor, you will assess, treat, educate, and manage clients requiring occupational therapy services. You will help clients maximize independence, transition safely home, and achieve meaningful community outcomes. Your work connects with an interdisciplinary team and shared client record.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and individualized treatment plans
- Evaluate progress and modify treatments according to changing needs
- Deliver evidence-based interventions promoting safety and independence

- Document care accurately according to COTO standards

Requirements:

- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy or recognized equivalent
- Registration in positive standing with COTO
- Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making abilities

- Valid Ontario driver's license and reliable transportation
