As Head of Insurance Solutions, you will own the customer-facing insurance product and partnership outcome. You will guide roadmap decisions, customer value delivery, people leadership, and business performance. The work spans insurance, telematics, insurtech, commercial partnerships, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own Insurance Solutions vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery standards
- Develop carrier partnerships and build, buy, or partner decisions
- Optimize insurance journeys and customer experience metrics
- Lead teams, resource trade-offs, and organizational development
- Present investment,
revenue, and growth plans to executives
Requirements:
- 10–12 years of relevant insurance, insurtech, or telematics experience
- 5–8 years of leadership experience and three-plus years of accountability
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field
- Customer-facing product, program, or partnership leadership experience
- Insurance landscape, KPI, privacy, regulatory, and partnership expertise
