Cansel is seeking a Customer Lifecycle Account Manager in Burnaby, BC to manage a portfolio of existing customers, drive recurring revenue from software subscriptions, services, and maintenance plans, and expand relationships through proactive engagement.

You will work with Sales, Technical, Operations, and other teams to maximize customer value, renewals, and opportunities, while maintaining accurate CRM data and delivering solid service levels.
