ArcGIS Enterprise expertise supports Barrick’s mineral exploration teams across Canada and the United States. This specialist role may be based in Toronto, Salt Lake City, or Elko.

As a hands-on GIS Specialist, you will maintain Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Server, web GIS content, and Field Maps workflows. You will support geological mapping, geodatabases, and spatial data used by exploration geologists. The position focuses on specialist delivery rather than team leadership or software engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain ArcGIS Enterprise content, permissions, metadata, and ownership
- Publish, update, and troubleshoot ArcGIS Server services
- Configure Field Maps, offline maps, and mobile forms
- Prepare geological maps, compilations, and interpretation-ready products




- Quality-check spatial formats and maintain project documentation

Requirements:

- Degree in GIS, geology, geoscience, geomatics, or equivalent experience
- Substantial hands-on ArcGIS Pro and Enterprise experience
- Experience with Field Maps and digital field collection
- Understanding of geological mapping and exploration workflows
- Authorization to work in Canada or the United States
