As a Commercial Estimator, you will identify opportunities, complete digital takeoffs, and prepare quotations for HVAC equipment, ductwork, grilles, and diffusers. You will support contractors, consultants, manufacturers, and internal teams through bidding and award processes. The position requires commercial HVAC knowledge, construction drawing experience, and strong communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review mechanical plans, specifications, and construction documents
- Complete digital takeoffs using Bluebeam Revu
- Prepare detailed HVAC product quotations




- Assemble competitive bids and proposal documentation
- Support customers through bidding and project handoffs

Requirements:

- Three or more years in commercial HVAC or related construction
- Understanding of commercial HVAC systems and construction drawings
- Experience reading mechanical specifications and performing plan takeoffs
- Proficiency with Bluebeam Revu and Microsoft Office
- Robust organization, communication, and relationship-building skills
