This contract Scheduler supports operations for mining projects at DMC Mining Services. The position develops work breakdown structures, establishes baseline data, and manages resource-loaded schedules. It also covers man-hour budgets, schedule constraints, activity relationships, earned value progress, and schedule reporting through Primavera P6. The work requires reviewing engineering, procurement, and construction schedules while adjusting time and resource estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Interpret technical drawings and specifications for project baseline data
- Develop work breakdown structures and network diagrams




- Build viable schedules using critical path methods
- Forecast manpower and generate man-hour budgets
- Load, monitor, and report through Primavera P6

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in construction management, business, or engineering
- Five or more years of related scheduling experience
- High proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling software
- Ability to review engineering, procurement, and construction schedules
- Mining industry experience is an asset
