The position assigns work based on skills and experience, provides diagnostic guidance, and reviews repair documentation. It also supports technician training, safety practices, customer communication, and service leadership continuity. Three or more years of Service Technician experience are required, while Journeyperson certification is considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assign jobs and work orders according to technician skills
- Provide quotes, estimates, and skilled customer communication




- Review repair orders for accuracy and completeness
- Support technicians with diagnostic guidance and repair inquiries
- Approve completed equipment for delivery after quality verification

Requirements:

- Three or more years of Service Technician experience
- Ability to lead, coach, and motivate others
- Effective communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong decision-making and Microsoft Office skills
