You will apply GD&T;, tolerance allocation, assembly variation, and CAD knowledge while investigating dimensional issues. Key Responsibilities:

- Contribute practitioner judgment to product priorities and workflows
- Perform and review tolerance and variation analyses
- Recommend practical design or process improvements
- Validate models against established methods and measurement data




- Translate customer feedback into actionable product insights

Requirements:

- Substantial dimensional, geometry assurance, or mechanical engineering experience
- Applied knowledge of GD&T; and datum strategies
- Experience with one-dimensional and three-dimensional tolerance analysis
- Practical understanding of manufacturing and inspection data
- Proficiency with CAD software and mechanical assemblies
