Build Jumbo Canada's local assortment from Vaughan Mills with Canadian vendor sourcing, advanced Excel, and retail buying expertise. Shape a recent buying function.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will own locally sourced products across toys, baby, home, seasonal, and other categories. You will determine which products come from Canadian vendors or Jumbo Greece. The role supports Jumbo's Canadian launch and expanding store network.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, onboard, and manage Canadian vendors and distributors
- Develop assortment strategies across multiple retail categories
- Balance price points, brand mix, and seasonality
- Partner with planning and store teams
- Benchmark competitor pricing and assortment

Requirements:

- Five or more years buying in Canadian retail
- Experience across multiple categories, including toys or home
- Canadian toy vendor or book distributor network preferred
- Strong OTB, margin, and sell-through analysis skills
- Advanced Excel and startup process-building experience
