Southbridge Care Homes in Hanover, Ontario invites a qualified Registered Nurse to join as a part time evening shift RN (2:00pm–10:00pm). The role supports medication administration, treatments and assessments and participates in multidisciplinary meetings to uphold nursing standards within our long-term care home.
The RN reports to the Director of Care and requires Ontario nursing certification, active or eligible RN registration, and First Aid/BLS.
