Deliver occupational therapy across Vancouver Island using assessment and intervention skills in homes, workplaces, and virtual settings. A flexible hybrid schedule includes regional travel.

This full-time permanent Occupational Therapist position primarily serves clients north of Nanaimo, British Columbia. You will assess, plan treatment, provide interventions, and complete discharges for diverse clients. Practice includes physical, cognitive, and mental health conditions through trauma-informed, culturally protected care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide occupational therapy services in homes, workplaces, and virtually
- Complete functional, cognitive, ergonomic, workplace, and home safety assessments
- Recommend adaptive equipment and rehabilitation plans




- Prepare timely documentation meeting standards and funder requirements
- Participate in case conferences with clients, families, employers, and teams

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Occupational therapy experience
- Current good-standing CHCPBC registration
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle access
- Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening
