As Head of Talent Planning, you will report to the Head of Global Talent Strategy and partner with the CHRO and Leadership Team. You will guide succession architecture, talent identification strategy, governance, and executive bench strength. The mandate includes consistent global talent processes, talent policy controls, and succession transparency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Broker and deliver global talent strategy with the Head of Talent Strategy
- Build global talent process frameworks and measure progress
- Manage succession for top senior executives organization-wide




- Curate talent analytics and identify global workforce trends
- Present succession readiness and talent outcomes to the Board

Requirements:

- 15+ years in Talent Management or HR Advisory
- 8+ years of managerial experience
- Exceptional executive storytelling using complex workforce data
- Explicit, concise written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred
