Lead resident care at Optima Living through clinical assessment, medication management, and interdisciplinary coordination in a senior living community.

Reporting to the Director of Care, the Clinical Lead supervises care services and supports daily team operations. The position provides person-centered care aligned with policies, regulations, and nursing standards. When applicable, the Clinical Lead assumes the Director of Care’s responsibilities during their absence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess residents and report relevant changes to leadership
- Coordinate routines, assign tasks, and support team operations
- Oversee medication management and healthcare record updates
- Lead meetings, audits, and quality improvement activities
- Support residents, families, and team members through concerns

Requirements:

- Graduate from an approved school of nursing
- Current Alberta College of Registered Nurses license
- At least one year recent senior residential care experience
- Active CPR and First Aid certification
- Computer literacy and flexibility across diverse shifts
